This Service is a supplementary tool provided on a best-effort basis. If your use case requires guaranteed uptime monitoring with contractual SLAs, redundant checking infrastructure, or certified reliability, you must use an enterprise-grade monitoring provider. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your reliance on the Service.
THE SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE 100% RELIABLE, ACCURATE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
We make reasonable efforts to provide a useful service, but we explicitly do not guarantee that the Service will be:
Monitoring checks, alerts, and reports may be delayed, missed, or inaccurate at any time due to network conditions, third-party service outages, infrastructure issues, software bugs, or any other reason. You should never rely on this Service as your sole means of monitoring.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account.
Upon cancellation, we will refund any outstanding prepaid amounts for the remaining unused portion of your current billing period. Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Stripe) and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Put simply: use the Service if you find it useful. If you don't, cancel and we'll make it right. No hard feelings.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JF WEBSITE MONITOR, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You acknowledge that monitoring results may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions, safety determinations, or any purpose where inaccuracy could result in harm or significant loss.
By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use. You acknowledge that:

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by JF Website Monitor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
